Please send an e-mail with the ID number and the name of the item you would like to order to booknook@socket.net.  With your order, state book rate, or priority mail.  We will contact you with the actual shipping cost.  For Missouri residents, a sales tax of 7.225% will be added to the cost of the book, not including shipping.  With your order, please be sure to include mailing address & e-mail address.  We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, personal checks, money orders, Pay Pal and cash; You may also order by phone or fax using your VISA or MASTERCARD.  We also accept Discover and American Express through our store at www.biblio.com Please call 573-581-1416 or fax 573-581-0980.

All books are sent out priority mail, UNLESS otherwise specified.
