"Cat's Paw Utopia" by Ray Reynolds from the Communication Arts Department of Grossmont College in El Cajon, CA. and is a glimpse inside the "Utopia" of Topolobampo established in the middle of the 19th century at the end of the railroad's line in an unknown harbor of the Gulf of California. It was the brainchild of Albert Kimsey Owen who was reputed to be "either a scoundrel or a crazy man." This collection of artifacts is copy # 176 of 200 in print and is signed by the author.
